For most accurate results:
- Take a photo of the card in landscape orientation
- Make sure the photo is focused and sharp
- Cut up the final image so that only the card is visible in the photo. This can be done in the app.

I will change this review if I get help from app support. But this card reader just doesnt even remotely scan accurate contact information from business cards. I also wasnt even able to sync app up to Microsoft Outlook/my work email which was the only reason I downloaded this particular app.
Useless. Waste of time
Does not work... Does not convert pic to outlook contact. Characters are not transferred from card. Do not buy!
Recognition is patchy and the interface/GUI ugly.
Able to read cards 90% of the time. I wish I could add pictures to gmail profiles
